Trane Technologies is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to maintain site facilities and address internal customer needs. You will engage in repairs, lead PMs, and coordinate contractor work at our on-site manufacturing location.

The role requires strong mechanical/electrical maintenance skills, ability to read prints, and experience leading projects. Excellent communication and multitasking are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• Three (3) plus years of Facilities experience required.
• Three (3) plus years of leading projects and/or people.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and building maintenance experience required.
• Experience in equipment replacement projects and justifications required.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoots building systems and organizes or carries out repairs.
• Determines root cause of failures and leads preventive actions.
• Interacts with employees at all levels across the organization.
• Reviews PMs from CMMS and coordinates outside inspections.
