Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Facilities Coordinator for on-site operations in Rochester, MN or Raleigh, NC. You will partner with the Facility Management team to ensure seamless daily operations, oversee procurement, vendor coordination, and budgets, and support events and office moves to deliver exceptional workplace experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of facility or property administration experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Facility or Property Administration.
• Superior customer service with a client-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous monitoring of office and facility operations and act as the primary interface with clients and visitors.
• Support procurement processes, issue purchase orders, and oversee vendor contracts.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, events, and conference room reservations.
• Assist with budget requests, analysis, and reporting; process accounts payable/receivable.
• Handle office moves and miscellaneous facility tasks with timely follow-up.
