• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience, including coaching, performance feedback, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work on-site in Wood Dale, IL, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
• Relevant education such as a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in staffing or operations management.
