Job summary

Bold Catering & Design in Atlanta, GA seeks a Staffing Manager to own the hourly workforce for events. You will build schedules, recruit and onboard staff, and coordinate with agencies to ensure coverage and efficiency on-site.

You’ll work with operations leaders to translate business needs into staffing plans, monitor attendance, and maintain readiness and uniforms. Regular evening/weekend availability is expected in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, scheduling, hospitality or events.
• Strong scheduling and labor-planning skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with direct feedback abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing event demands.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage hourly event schedules based on needs and budget.
• Develop staffing strategy balancing coverage with efficiency.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard operations team.
• Manage relationships with staffing agencies and costs.
• Monitor attendance, callouts, and record-keeping.
• Oversee orientation, documentation, and training.
• Oversee uniform inventory and issuance.
