Qualifications

• Previous banquet, catering, or event leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to lead a team and stay calm under pressure.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with limited supervision.
• Comfortable making decisions in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise servers, runners, drivers, bartenders, and event staff.
• Review BEOs and ensure events are set up and executed as planned.
• Attend weekly BEO meetings and coordinate with sales, culinary, and catering teams.
• Manage event timelines, service flow, and staffing needs.
• Serve as the main on-site point of contact for staff, clients, and culinary teams.
• Lead pre-shift meetings to review assignments and special requests.
• Support event setup, service, and breakdown as needed.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are met.
• Train and coach staff to promote teamwork and efficiency.
• Monitor staff performance and attendance; provide coaching as needed.
