Responsibilities

• Own the details: lead event logistics, timelines, layouts, and vendor coordination.
• Bring the vision to life by partnering with design, floral, and installation teams.
• Be the go-to person: build relationships with clients and vendors and communicate proactively.
• Coordinate venue walkthroughs, rental orders, staffing, and day-of logistics.
• Be on-site to oversee setup, guide teams, troubleshoot, and assist as needed.
• Anticipate obstacles, adapt to changes, and keep events moving forward.
• Track expenses, manage purchases, and help ensure financial success of events.
