Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff, equipment and logistics of events, including pre-event data entry into the EventMaster software system.
• Ensure everything needed for an event is on hand or ordered in a timely manner to ensure success.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service representing RAVE! catering for the University.
• Supervise events and follow up with clients; understand the catering menu and be prepared to suggest menu selections and event setup ideas.
• Manage events ranging from small breaks to large plated meals, with or without staff.
