Job summary

Bonterra, through its OneCause solutions, is seeking a part-time, on-site Event Staff to support client events across multiple markets. You’ll help manage OneCause technology on-site and ensure smooth event execution.

Travel within a 125-mile radius, 10- to 12-hour shifts, and strong customer service skills are required. This role offers hands-on experience with fundraising technology and a path to certifications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-person customer service experience.
• Comfortable using intuitive web-based software as well as smartphone technology.
• Basic knowledge of setting up and troubleshooting hardware (iPads/laptops/smartphones).
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, interpersonal, and public speaking.
• Highly organized with the ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support the successful execution of customer events through on-site management of OneCause technology.
• Work with OneCause staff including Event Managers, Onsite Support, and Support Staff.
• Help manage OneCause technology including OneCause proprietary software, laptops, and iPads.
• Assist Event Manager with assigned OneCause-related client expectations.
• Assist Event Managers in navigating and troubleshooting our software in real time.
• Review all client auction and guest data and make appropriate changes where necessary.
• Work with client to ensure software is fully utilized to maximize event revenue by providing recommendations that follow best practices.
