Job summary

JLL in Sunnyvale is seeking an Event Technician to provide critical operational support for event services and facilities. You will help with setups, teardowns, and coordinating with Event Coordinators to deliver seamless experiences for clients.

The role requires strong communications, customer service skills, and the ability to work non-standard hours. On-site work in a corporate office environment offers opportunities to grow within facilities and events teams at JLL.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, facilities support, or event coordination.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities; able to work independently.
• Resilience and calm under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily walkthroughs of event, office, and storage spaces to ensure readiness.
• Execute setups and teardowns for meetings and events, configuring furniture and equipment.
• Coordinate onsite meetings with Event Coordinators and stock supplies.
• Support reception, guest support, mail services, and office supply management as needed.
