Hyatt Regency New Orleans is seeking an Event Concierge to act as the on-site extension of the meeting planner’s team, ensuring seamless events from start to finish. You’ll be visible on the floor, anticipate needs, and deliver white-glove service throughout the planner’s stay.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the hotel and the meeting planner, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Perform detailed function room inspections prior to event start times to confirm setup, equipment, and layout meet client specifications.
• Remain constantly on the floor and accessible to clients via two‑way radio (F&B channel).
• Respond to client requests within 5 minutes and resolve issues within 15 minutes whenever possible.
• Monitor and manage the planner’s personal and practical needs throughout the day.
• Coordinate with engineering through maintenance walkthroughs and elevate issues as needed.
• Attend pre‑convention, tie‑down, and planning meetings; participate in meet‑and‑greet site inspections.
