Job summary

Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa in Rio Rancho, NM, is seeking an Event Concierge to act as the liaison between Event Sales/Planning and the on-site meeting contact. This role requires detailed knowledge of the hotel facilities, group dynamics and event details, and a proactive, guest-focused approach.

You will handle special requests, coordinate with various hotel teams, and ensure seamless service during events. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is essential.

• Ability to stand, walk around for 8 hours.
