Job summary

You will troubleshoot equipment and software issues, collaborate with hotel staff and external vendors, handle order entries in Navigator, and support billing and client relations throughout the event lifecycle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• A valid driver’s license required for team members that may operate company vehicles.
• DOT requirements may apply.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operation, and breakdown of basic audiovisual equipment as listed in qualifications.
• Exceed internal and external customer expectations and maintain relationships.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and software issues in a timely manner.
• Complete order entries and interact with staff and vendors for equipment needs.
• Interact with clients to ensure equipment is functioning correctly and assist with invoicing using Navigator.
