You will collaborate with internal and external clients, junior estimators, and project teams to ensure estimates align with scope and schedule. A background in construction estimating and proficiency with Bluebeam and Excel are required. Travel up to 20% may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–6 years estimating in the construction industry.
• Ability to work independently with discretionary judgment.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient utilizing Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of detailed material, labor, and cost estimates.
• Estimate small to mid-sized projects with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate on mid-sized to large projects with leadership or PM.
• Support Project Managers for estimates and budgets.
• Assist with change order estimating, compilation, and negotiation.
• Coordinate pre-construction meetings with department heads.
• Review plans, specs, and site conditions to define scope.
• Participate in site visits, pre-bid meetings, and bids.
