Qualifications

• Patient Access experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage operations for admitting, registration, and financial services at acute care locations.
• Coach and develop Patient Access staff; implement short and long-term improvement plans.
• Prepare monthly reports and establish departmental goals to optimize performance and financial outcomes.
• Coordinate staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.
• Analyze performance data to drive informed decisions and collaborate with ancillary departments to meet revenue cycle goals.
• Provide training and performance interventions to ensure staff meet expectations.
