Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an on-site Equipment Rental Program Manager to implement and manage OERP across projects in Atlanta. You will partner with project teams and vendors to optimize equipment utilization, maintenance, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years in construction rentals, logistics, equipment, or warehouse management.
• Basic understanding of construction equipment, jobsite logistics, and maintenance requirements
• Knowledge of financial principles and budget forecasting
• Active listening and responsive follow-up skills
• Highly organized to manage OERP on project site or yard
• Experience with continuous improvement concepts and tools
• Familiar with equipment rental software and P2P systems
• Willingness to travel regularly

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for project teams and on-site rental vendors to confirm equipment needs.
• Visit project sites to manage on-site equipment requirements and transitions to/from yard.
• Provide exceptional customer service and timely communication with stakeholders and vendors.
• Support end-user system troubleshooting for rental software and inventory/contract management systems.
• Monitor equipment utilization and vendor billing accuracy for on-site programs.
• Provide preconstruction information, including equipment lists for bidding.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure reliability and high service standards.
• Other activities as assigned.
