Responsibilities

• Receive, diagnose and resolve service requests for hardware, software and network connectivity for in-office and mobile staff.
• Configure and set up hardware, software, peripherals and network connectivity.
• Escalate incidents to maintain service levels.
• Create and maintain documentation for MIS Operations and IT staff.
• Assist with relocation of equipment and inventory tasks as needed.
• Log and close tickets in the TeamDynamix ITSM system.
• Follow ITIL or internal processes for incidents, problems, changes and requests.
