Versant Media is seeking an IT Analyst to deliver top-tier technical support across multiple business units including GolfNow and Fandango. You will maintain and enhance our digital infrastructure, ensuring seamless user experiences and operational efficiency.

Role requires hands-on end-user support, collaboration with IT teams, and on-site attendance during standard hours. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in a fast-paced IT environment are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years IT analyst experience in fast-paced E-Commerce or production environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Windows and Apple OS, plus networking basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support across hardware, software, and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams for project execution and issue resolution.
• Respond to technical assistance requests via in-person, phone, and remote channels, meeting SLA targets.
• Document and resolve incidents using ticketing systems.
• Escalate urgent issues to appropriate technical resources.
• Configure and support desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and remote access.
