Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment seeks a Venue Applications Support Analyst to ensure PoS and related systems run smoothly across venues. The role combines remote support with on-site engagements throughout the US, including after-hours coverage during events.

You will input data, diagnose issues, and author user guides while supporting a variety of systems like CCTV and digital signage. Travel up to 30% is required, with a focus on reliability and customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience supporting PoS systems (Appetize or Micros preferred).
• Strong attention to detail in identifying patterns and data integrity.
• Proficient with Excel formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with food & beverage operations across multi-location enterprises.
• Troubleshoot complex problems and communicate resolutions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Input PoS data: items, prices, discounts, credentials, venue layouts.
• Maintain data integrity per standards; diagnose device issues.
• Create end-user guides to improve system usability.
• Test new software versions and document issues.
• Lead on-call helpdesk during peak times.
• Travel to venues to implement and support software.
