About the Role

As an Analyst, you’ll deliver top-tier technical support across multiple Versant business units, including GolfNow, Fandango, Free TV Networks and Full Swing. These divisions span B2B and B2C operations, application development, and digital content creation. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our digital infrastructure, ensuring seamless user experiences and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive end-user support across hardware, software, and applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams for project execution and issue resolution
• Respond promptly to technical assistance requests via in-person, phone, and remote channels, meeting SLA targets
• Follow Help Desk protocols; document and resolve incidents using ticketing systems
• Escalate urgent issues and redirect to appropriate technical resources
• Configure, support, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, servers, printers, remote access, and file shares
• Manage and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365, mobile devices (iOS, Android), and smart devices (TVs, Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire)
• Support AV and video conferencing equipment
• Address network access issues, including physical cabling and system tools
• Create user and configuration documentation for supported systems
• Participate in on-call support, including after-hours and on-site assistance when needed
• Maintain a consistent physical presence at the workplace during all working hours

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/training
• Minimum 3 years of IT analyst experience in fast-paced E-Commerce or production environments
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows (Windows 11, Server 2019/2022)
• Strong experience with Apple OS and terminal commands
• Expertise in mobile OS platforms (iOS, Android)
• Proficiency in Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Power Automate
• Solid understanding of networking architecture and VLANs
• Excellent phone-based technical support and customer service skills
• Strong analytical and abstract problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and remain productive under varying workloads
• Creative problem-solver with a proactive mindset
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
• Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal
• Capable of working independently or collaboratively
• Standard working hours are 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with on-site attendance required.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform extended physical tasks (bending, stretching, standing, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with smart devices and set-top boxes
• Development experience with SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Familiarity with shared file services (OneDrive, Dropbox, Box, FTP)
• Experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Planner)
• Knowledge of Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms
