INTERNATIONAL BANK OF COMMERCE is seeking a Computer Technician for in-office work focused on installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining end-user workstation hardware and peripherals. The role involves monitoring performance, handling support requests, and ensuring secure, efficient IT operations across branches.

Responsibilities include hardware/software troubleshooting, inventory management, and deploying remote devices.

Qualifications

• End-user workstation hardware and peripheral devices knowledge.
• Ability to install, configure, test, maintain and troubleshoot PCs and peripherals.
• Experience with PC software installation and configuration.
• Familiarity with inventory management for IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot workstation hardware.
• Install and test related software on end-user devices.
• Analyze and resolve complex PC problems and perform hardware fixes.
• Respond to calls/emails regarding PC issues and maintain equipment inventory.
• Monitor PC performance and generate performance reports.
• Maintain stock and deploy remote devices and imaging configurations.
• Pursue industry standard certifications and ongoing skills development.
