Job summary

IBC Bank in San Antonio seeks a PC Technician I responsible for installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, monitoring and troubleshooting end-user workstation hardware and peripherals.

You will manage inventory, support on-site and remote devices, respond to user requests, and ensure security and performance across branches. This is an in-office, full-time role requiring a high school diploma or technical certification; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s, Bachelor’s or Technical Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstation hardware and peripherals.
• Install and support end-user workstation software and configurations across various platforms/OS.
• Respond to PC/hardware problems via calls, pages, or emails and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain inventory of monitors, keyboards, drives, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Monitor PC performance and produce statistics/reports.
