Job summary

Aditi Consulting is seeking a reliable Employee Support Coordinator to provide on-site support for employees at client locations in Illinois. This part-time, short-term role runs immediately through the end of 2026, with 10-15 hours per week, during normal business hours of 8am-5pm on weekdays.

On-site presence at Chillicothe, Decatur, Mossville, Peoria and Pontiac is required. You will conduct weekly check-ins, act as the in-person point of contact, and collaborate with People Operations and

Qualifications

• Prior experience in HR, employee relations, staffing coordination, or program support.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse employees.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled weekly on-site meetings with each assigned employee.
• Maintain on-site presence during normal business hours (8am–5pm, weekdays).
• Serve as in-person point of contact for questions, concerns, and guidance.
• Document check-ins and verify progress toward milestones.
• Escalate performance or compliance concerns to appropriate stakeholders.
