Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in staffing, recruiting, HR, or administrative support.
• Comfortable running in-person and phone interviews with sharp attention to detail.
• Solid with Microsoft and/or Google Suite; ATS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates, then match them to roles for strong placements.
• Build relationships with clients and job seekers; collaborate with recruiters and Branch Manager on hiring strategy.
• Keep onboarding paperwork, background checks, and live placements moving smoothly.
