Job summary

IES is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to support operational excellence, ensure quality standards, and drive successful project execution while collaborating with internal teams, customers, and field personnel. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and process improvements on active job sites.

The position requires 4–6 years of electrical supervision experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; equivalent combinations considered.
• 4–6 years of field electrical supervision experience preferred.
• Pass pre-employment background and motor vehicle checks.
• English speaking preferred; Spanish speaking preferred when necessary to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned duties in support of departmental and company objectives.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Maintain records, documentation, and reporting for responsibilities.
• Support process improvements and operational efficiency efforts.
• Communicate professionally and effectively in writing and verbally.
• Assist leadership and team members with daily operations.
• Ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
