IES Residential in El Paso, TX is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to support operational excellence and safety compliance on active job sites. The role involves coordinating with customers, subcontractors, and field personnel, maintaining records, and driving process improvements.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of experience in field supervision, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication skills. This on‑site role requires travel to project sites and non‑visa sponsorship.
