IES in Chattanooga is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to support operational excellence and ensure high quality standards across projects. You will collaborate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and field personnel to drive successful execution of objectives.

Role requires 4–6 years of supervision experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work on-site across diverse job sites in the United States. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in field supervision.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Relevant industry certifications or licenses preferred, and required where necessary to perform job duties.
• English language preferred, and required where necessary to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned duties in support of departmental and company objectives.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Maintain records, documentation, and reporting for responsibilities.
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Communicate professionally in writing and verbally.
• Assist leadership with daily operations.
• Ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
