Job summary

Green Tanner Industrial Construction seeks an experienced electrical field superintendent to lead on-site execution of electrical scopes, coordinating crews, subs, and logistics to meet drawings, specs, and safety standards.

You will manage field documentation in Procore, perform look-ahead planning, and collaborate with PM/engineers to control costs, schedule, and ensure quality turnover.

Qualifications

• 3+ years electrical construction with increasing responsibility.
• Ability to plan electrical work, direct crews and coordinate trades.
• Procore documentation for logs, RFIs, and as-builts.
• Knowledge of NEC, safety standards, and field installation practices.
• Journeyman license or equivalent credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field execution for electrical scopes and installations.
• Plan, sequence, and coordinate crews, subs, and logistics on site.
• Maintain Procore docs, look-ahead plans, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with civil/structural/mechanical trades for proper sequencing.
• Inspect workmanship, ensure NEC compliance, and manage turn-over readiness.
• Support PM with scheduling, cost control, and risk mitigation.
