Job summary

All Star Electric is seeking an Onsite Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction projects from start to finish. You will supervise field crews, coordinate daily site operations, maintain schedules, and ensure work meets safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with area superintendents, project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget, while mentoring field staff and enforcing OSHA policies.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of supervisory experience required.
• 5+ years in new construction experience required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills; knowledge of OSHA safety standards and safe work practices.
• Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities simultaneously.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings.
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Conduct jobsite meetings and communicate project expectations clearly.
• Identify and resolve jobsite issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Document important information properly with company standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and office staff to support project success.
• Train, mentor, and develop field employees.
