Job summary

EdgeHill Integrated Systems is seeking an Electrical Field Superintendent to lead field management, ensuring plans, schedules, and quality meet project expectations. The role requires a solid electrical background, 5+ years of construction leadership, and a proactive, communicative approach to team management on active job sites.

Qualifications

• A.S. degree in electrical field is preferred but not required with high experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction experience in similar roles.
• Proven leadership and teamwork on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement EdgeHill's safety standards on site.
• Coordinate day-to-day jobsite logistics with teams and subs.
• Review drawings and specs to stay ahead of RFIs and coordination issues.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and reports; ensure quality control.
