Job summary

Qualifications

• AS Degree in electrical related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years related construction experience.
• Proven track record as a team player and an effective leader on the jobsite.

Responsibilities

• Leads and implements EdgeHill’s safety standards.
• Verifies project housekeeping is being done.
• Leads communication with project teams and subcontractors to coordinate day-to-day jobsite logistics.
• Leads project startup requirements for field team.
• Understands drawings and project specifications to anticipate details.
• Assists in reviewing project documents to stay ahead of RFIs and coordination issues.
• Assists in daily, progress, and compliance reports.
• Maintains project schedule development and updates.
• Identify and solve problems to maintain workflow.
• Ensure installed materials meet specifications and submittals.
• Lead internal inspections/QC walks and punch lists.
• Support project closeout and owner turnover.
• Mentor and train assistants and field engineers.
