You will assist with budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring timely payments to subcontractors and vendors. The position is on-site, full-time, with a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Qualifications

• Coordinate with PM/PX and field staff to manage project documentation.
• Assist with scheduling and workflow planning with field supervisors and PMs.
• Support timely payments to subcontractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Assist with change orders and document control logs in Viewpoint.
• Create Job Information Sheets and establish job files under PM/PX guidance.
• Possess basic ability to read electrical drawings and specs.
• Support project billings and ensure timely submission per contract.
