Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking an EHS Manager to implement safety, health, and environmental programs across projects in Seattle, WA. You will train jobsite and subcontractor personnel on federal/state regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.

Essential duties include leading SH&E efforts with project staff, reviewing JHAs, coordinating with the PM and Superintendent, and conducting audits. Requires OSHA 30 and USACE EM-385 qualifications, with salary range $110,000–$140,000.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience as Site Safety and Health Officer.
• OSHA 30 certification is current.
• USACE EM-385 qualifications met.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety training for project teams at all levels.
• Coordinates SH&E efforts with Project Manager and Superintendent.
• Reviews JHAs and plans safety for subcontractors.
• Maintains incident logs and OSHA recordables for projects.
• Conducts safety audits and prepares written reports.
• Manages workers' compensation claims and return‑to‑work program.
