Zusammenfassung
The Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager at Portland Manufacturing Facility leads safety, occupational health, and environmental programs in a chemical manufacturing environment supporting the semiconductor industry. This is a hands-on leadership role partnering with Production, Facilities, Quality, HR, and Process Safety Management.
The position requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 7+ years of progressive EHS experience; OSHA/Oregon OSHA knowledge; CSP/CHMM desirable.
Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive EHS experience in regulated industrial environments.
- Experience with OSHA/Oregon OSHA compliance and safety programs.
- CSP, CHMM or similar certifications desirable.
Aufgaben
- Lead and continuously improve site EHS programs, policies, procedures, and safe-work practices.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements, including OSHA/Oregon OSHA and environmental regulations.
- Maintain EHS documentation, OSHA records, regulatory reporting, programs, and inspection readiness.
- Monitor regulatory and industry developments.
