Job summary

Pacific Coast Producers, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator to join our The Dalles, OR team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on maintaining EHS records, coordinating safety training, and supporting audits across two facilities.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in EHS within a manufacturing setting, a related degree is a plus, and a valid driver’s license for travel between sites. Competitive benefits and profit-sharing are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of EHS experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Valid driver''s license with a clean record.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative yet independent worker with problem-solving skills.
• College coursework or an Associate''s degree in safety is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain EHS training files, OSHA logs, and safety data sheets (SDS).
• Assist with safety audits and facility walkthroughs.
• Schedule and track employee safety training and drills.
• Gather documentation for incident investigations or Workers'' Compensation files.
• Monitor PPE inventory and safety signage across two facilities.
• Support safety committee meetings and related administrative tasks.
