Job summary

Lam Research in Tualatin, Oregon is seeking an EHS Engineer to lead environmental, occupational safety, and chemical management programs at our semiconductor campus. You’ll collaborate with engineering, facilities, manufacturing, and labs to identify risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires 5+ years of EHS experience in regulated environments, knowledge of process safety management and ISO 14001, and strong communication and cross‑functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EH&S, chemical/industrial engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of EHS experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or similarly regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of environmental, safety, and regulatory compliance principles; ability to influence improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental, health, safety, and chemical management programs.
• Assess risks, conduct MOC and hazard analyses, and support process safety.
• Coordinate compliance evaluations, audits, and regulatory reporting.
• Provide technical guidance to operations and engineering teams.
• Deliver EHS training and drive corrective actions and CAPA.
• Collaborate with site leadership to incorporate EHS into projects and processes.
