Kanto Corporation is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager for our Portland Manufacturing Facility. The role leads safety, occupational health, and environmental programs in a chemical manufacturing setting supporting the semiconductor industry.

You will partner with Production, Facilities, Quality, HR, and others to strengthen safety culture and reduce risk. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in safety-related field and 7+ years of progressive EHS experience, with strong

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, or a related technical discipline required.
• 7+ years of progressive EHS or industrial safety experience in regulated environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing safety programs, inspections, JHAs, incident investigations, and CAPAs.
• Working knowledge of OSHA/Oregon OSHA requirements and industrial safety practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and continuously improve EHS programs, policies, and safe-work practices.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local requirements including OSHA and environmental regs.
• Maintain EHS documentation, records, reporting, and inspection readiness.
• Coordinate risk assessments, audits, and root-cause analyses to drive improvements.
• Support process safety management activities and emergency response planning.
• Coach leaders to establish safety accountability and strong safety culture.
