Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair door and dock systems to restore functionality and performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and corrective service based on scheduled requirements and customer needs.
• Diagnose mechanical and operational issues using disciplined inspection and testing methods.
• Communicate service findings, recommended actions, and job status clearly to customers and internal teams.
• Complete service documentation accurately, including work performed, parts used, and system test results.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area on-site.
