LifeLink Foundation, Inc. is seeking a Per Diem First Responder to directly support our life-saving mission by evaluating hospital referrals for potential organ and tissue donation.

You will work on-site, building strong relationships with hospital staff and coordinating with Referral Coordinators to ensure timely, accurate documentation and communication. The role requires collaboration with AOC, MDOC, management, and HD staff, plus staying current with EMR/documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a related LifeLink position and/or appropriate credentialing and experience in a medical environment or family/social services field.

Responsabilités

• Respond to hospital referrals on-site to evaluate potential organ and tissue donation.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital professionals.
• Collaborate with Referral Coordinators (RCs) and follow LifeLink policies for timely and documented referrals.
• Communicate findings to RC/AOC/MDOC and LifeLink staff; document on-site evaluations.
