Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an Organ Recovery Coordinator I to coordinate the organ donation process across hospital referrals. You will evaluate medical data, liaise with hospital staff and manage donor care from evaluation to recovery, including communication with donor families.

This role requires critical care or emergency care experience and strong documentation skills. The position is full-time, on-site, with travel within the region; you will work under established LOPA protocols to maximize

Qualifications

• RN/PA with critical care or emergency care experience.
• Knowledge of organ recovery processes and donor care.
• Ability to document thoroughly and communicate with hospital teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate organ donation referrals with hospital staff.
• Provide medical management of deceased donors using protocol-guided care.
• Manage donor documentation, testing, and logistics for recovery teams.
• Coordinate the transfer of donors to the Donor Care Center.
• Maintain communication with donor families and hospital personnel.
