Job summary

CORE is seeking a Clinical On-Site Specialist to maximize organ and tissue donation by identifying and evaluating potential donors on-site, coordinating the recovery process, and documenting all case details in real time.

This role works closely with hospital staff, donor families, and on-call teams, ensuring timely decisions, compliance with regulatory standards, and confidentiality of donor and recipient information while supporting program goals.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and experience in the medical community.
• Ability to work variable, demanding schedule, including overnight shifts.
• Excellent documentation skills and professional communication with staff and donors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential donors on-site and communicate results for medical suitability.
• Complete case start-up and follow-up activities; document case information in real time.
