Job summary

Horizon Industries is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the Government’s point of contact and to provide technical and administrative supervision for all contractor personnel assigned to the contract, onsite at Scott AFB, Illinois.

The role requires PMP certification and proven ability to manage complex information systems architectures, staffing, cost, performance, and schedules while interfacing with Government management and enforcing work standards.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required.
• Experience managing complex information systems architectures.
• Skilled in manpower utilization, procurement, and training.
• Experience re-prioritizing tasks to meet government mission requirements.
• Experience managing cost, performance, and schedules on contracts.

Responsibilities

• Act as Government's POC and provide technical/admin supervision onsite at Scott AFB.
• Interface with Government management and staff tasks and standards.
• Assign schedules, review discrepancies, and communicate policies and goals.
