JBW Federal is seeking a Project Manager to oversee initiatives at the Scott AFB, IL area. A US Citizenship and an active Secret DoD Security Clearance are required to be considered for this role.

The Project Manager will plan, execute, and oversee projects aligned with organizational goals, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive successful delivery while managing risks and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years in project management.
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMI).
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proven experience managing multiple complex projects or programs.
• PM certification (PMP/PgMP) preferred; proficient in PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and scope.
• Align project goals with organizational strategies and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration and consistency.
• Monitor performance and ensure timely milestone completion.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate program risks and issues.
• Communicate status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Manage resource allocation and dependencies across projects.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate governance, including steering committees and stakeholder reviews.
• Other duties as assigned.
