Job summary

Computer World Services at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a DoD IT services workforce supporting ARTRANS C4ISR and distribution operations. The role owns cost, schedule, quality, and staffing outcomes across a multi-site environment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of program management experience in government IT services, with PMP and advanced degrees preferred. ITIL/ISO 9001 familiarity is a plus, and a Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience leading DoD or Federal IT services efforts of comparable size, scope, and complexity.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, multi-site government IT services programs (recommended: PMP; bachelor’s/master’s in a relevant field).
• ITIL Foundation or ISO 9001:2015 familiarity may be relevant to quality management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface with the KO and COR; direct all contractor personnel and set work schedules
• Develop and maintain the Task Order Management Plan, including org chart, staffing plan, subcontractor management plan, and recruiting/retention plan
• Deliver the Monthly Status and Cost Report and lead quarterly In-Process Reviews
• Own performance against the QASP, manage the Risk Register, and manage Phase I to Phase II transition/descoping execution
• Ensure staffing fill milestones: Key Personnel
• Accountable for prime and subcontractor quality, and Section 508 compliance
