Job summary

UnityTec seeks a Program Manager to oversee the execution and performance of contract tasks at Scott AFB, IL. You will ensure staffing, schedules, and work standards align with DoD requirements, acting as a liaison to government leadership and guiding teams to meet mission priorities.

Responsibilities include government interface, workforce management, quality assurance, scheduling, and leadership communication to maintain alignment across the organization.

Qualifications

• PMP certification is required.
• Minimum of five years of related experience.
• Expertise in managing complex information systems architectures.
• Experience in manpower utilization, procurement, training, problem resolution, and employee relations.
• Experience prioritizing tasks and resources to meet government mission requirements.
• Experience in cost, performance, and scheduling management on contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Experience providing technical innovations for large organizations (military or government) preferred.
• C4 experience in a military HQ or command center environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution and performance of contract tasks to meet standards, staffing, and schedules.
• Serve as primary liaison with Government leadership for contract oversight and issue resolution.
• Lead staffing across tasks and ensure personnel are properly assigned and supported.
• Formulate and enforce work standards to maintain high-quality output.
• Schedule tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate activity sequencing.
• Communicate policies, goals, and mission priorities to the workforce to ensure alignment.
