Job summary

UnityTec is seeking a Program Manager to oversee contract task execution and performance, ensuring staffing, schedules, and standards meet government requirements. You will serve as a key liaison to government leadership and guide teams to satisfy mission, policy, and quality expectations.

This position is onsite at Scott AFB, IL. Responsibilities include government interface, workforce management, enforcing work standards, scheduling, and clear leadership communication to align the workforce

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of related experience.
• Expertise in managing complex information systems architectures with multiple databases, networks and subsystems.
• Experience in manpower utilization, procurement, training, problem resolution, and employee relations.
• Experience in re-prioritizing tasks and resources to meet government mission requirements.
• Experience in managing cost, performance, and schedules on contracts.

Responsibilities

• Government & Stakeholder Interface: primary point of contact with Government management for oversight, performance updates, and issue resolution.
• Workforce Management & Staffing Oversight: lead staffing across tasks and ensure proper alignment with contract priorities.
• Work Standards & Quality Assurance: formulate and enforce standards; review discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Scheduling & Task Coordination: assign schedules, manage timelines, and oversee activity sequencing.
• Leadership Communication & Alignment: communicate policies and mission priorities to keep the team aligned.
