Job summary

Integrated Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Manager to support DoD/DoW financial processes and government financial systems.

The role requires on-site support at Peterson AFB, CO, with the NC3 Sustainment Division and AFNWC/NC3 Integration Directorate. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, EVM analysis, and FIAR activities, with a focus on funds management, documentation, and audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven (7) years of government acquisition, finance or financial management, program management or related experience within a DoD/DoW organization.
• Comprehensive CCaR experience and/or certification is preferred.
• Air Force Acquisitions community experience is highly desired.
• Experience with DoD Financial Management and Budget Execution, Program Budget Development and Forecasting, Variance Analysis and Financial Reporting, EVM, FIAR, POM development, PRs/MIPRs, and acquisition financial management support.

Responsibilities

• Prepare program budgets, reports, and financial documentation; analyze funding and budgeting requirements and recommend solutions to improve financial management effectiveness and process efficiency.
• Perform budget forecasting, variance analysis, financial execution reporting, schedule analysis, and Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and assist with corrective actions.
• Utilize automated management information systems to perform analytical, advisory, and reporting functions.
• Compile and analyze financial data to support FIAR activities, internal controls, and routine reporting requirements.
• Support development and execution of funds management documentation, funding forecasts, budget submissions, and financial models for decision-making.
• Prepare financial papers, briefings, and documentation supporting BERs, IBRs, MDRs, PMRs, ASPs, and IPT risk assessments.
• Draft financial documentation and procurement documents for government leadership.
