Qualifications

• Ten years of relevant DoD/government experience.
• At least 3 years in an SAP environment within the last eight years.
• MS/MA or MBA in business administration, management, accounting, finance, or economics.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and budget development support for baselines and budgeting.
• Reconcile accounting data, prepare status reports, and support program reviews; manage ULOs/negative ULOs.
• Assist in contract reconciliation and contract closeout; provide PMA analysis across budgeting/tasks.
• Conduct program-management analyses; advise management on financial operations and improvements.
• Perform EVM and schedule analyses; assess cost/schedule/resources and mitigation plans.
• Carry out cost analysis, estimations, and business-case analyses; participate in cost-estimating teams.
