Apogee is seeking a Financial Manager to support the NC3 Sustainment Division, headquartered at Hanscom AFB, MA, with an operating location. The role is based at Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO, and requires US citizenship and an active Secret clearance.

The position encompasses program budgeting, forecasting, EVM analysis, and FIAR activities, with a focus on budget execution, reporting, and finance documentation in DoD environments.

Qualifications

• Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.
• Clearance: Active Secret Clearance.
• Education: BA/BS degree; MA/MS preferred.
• Years of Experience: 3–7 of relevant Air Force Financial Management experience.

Responsabilités

• Prepare program budgets, reports, and financial documentation; analyze funding and budgeting requirements and recommend solutions to improve financial management effectiveness and process efficiency.
• Perform budget forecasting, variance analysis, financial execution reporting, schedule analysis, and Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and assist with corrective actions.
• Utilize automated management information systems to perform analytical, advisory, and reporting functions.
• Compile and analyze financial data to support FIAR activities, internal controls, and routine reporting requirements.
• Support the development and execution of funds management documentation, funding forecasts, budget submissions, and financial models for decision-making.
