Torch Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Manager to support the C3C / Kessel Run (KR) Division at Hanscom AFB, MA. This full-time role focuses on budgets, forecasts, and financial control across programs, with an emphasis on earned value management and reporting to senior leadership.

The position requires U.S. citizenship, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 10+ years of financial management experience (5+ with DoW programs), and the ability to maintain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 10+ years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years supporting DoW programs.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsabilités

• Prepare program budgets, reports, and financial documentation; analyze data and advise on funding and budgeting challenges.
• Perform budget forecasting, variance analysis, execution reporting, schedule analysis, and EVM assessments; advise program office on budget/schedule/EVM matters.
• Maintain accurate financial records and identify discrepancies; support data-driven decision making.
