Alexandria Insights, Inc. is seeking a Budget/Financial Analyst to provide financial management support for DoD acquisition and program management offices in Stafford, VA.

The role focuses on spend-plan development, POM submissions, and maintaining auditable records to ensure compliant financial execution. The candidate will work with program managers, contracting officers, and customers, using PBIS/WAWF/MOCAS/SAP systems, to deliver accurate financial products and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of related finance or business analysis experience.
• Eligible for secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop spend plans, budget exhibits, BFAs, and below-threshold realignments.
• Assist with POM development and alignment with program requirements.
• Create and maintain financial tracking documents with timely updates.
• Support CACFs for capital asset military equipment.
• Document contract and reimbursable funding data with stakeholders.
• Maintain auditable financial records and assist with audit responses.
• Monitor financial execution performance against benchmarks.
• Coordinate with customers to capture financial requirements.
• Demonstrate proficiency in standard financial software and reporting tools.
• Prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of financial products.
